Our Vision

Pathways Early Childhood Intervention Inc. aims to support children (aged 0-6 years) who have
additional needs, their families and communities, to access services that work for them. We aim to specialise in:

  • Providing practical help (including education and therapy) to children;
  • Providing a range of options and flexible services to choose from;
  • Supporting parents and families to find their way through the service system;
  • Providing support to the extended family;
  • Embracing cultural and linguistic diversity;
  • Reaching out to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and children;
  • We provide services to communities in the Inner West, City of Sydney and South East areas of Sydney.

Our Values

At Pathways, our values underpin our work. These values include:

  • We respect and value each child;
  • We value the family and work in partnership with the family;
  • We offer acceptance and respect;
  • We value the cultural and linguistic diversity of our community and the families we support;
  • We acknowledge and respect the history and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their right to their cultural identities;
  • We believe in flexibility and negotiating partnerships with families and services; and
  • We believe that children and families who need assistance should not have to wait to get it.
