What can make the most significant improvements in a child’s development?

In May I went to the “Early Childhood Intervention Australia” National Conference. One of the most thought-provoking speakers was Professor Gerald Mahoney. His Keynote Talk was on the importance of Parent Involvement and their ability to respond to their child with autism and other disabilities and to support their development and behavior.
